Welcome to the Hastings Mosque Madrasah page, we run our regular session every Sunday from 10:00am until Duhr and hold a revision session on Fridays at 18:00pm until Isha.
Lifelong learning of our religion is of upmost importance, not only for us adults but for our children too, and they will also carry our religion on to their children and so on and so forth. Let us increase our reward and the reward of our offspring.
إِقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ
Allah (SWT) says in the Quran: "Read in the Name of your Lord who created" [96: 1]
Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) commanded “Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim”
طَلَبُ الْعِلْمِ فَرِيضَةٌ عَلَى كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ

MADRASAH FEES AND STANDING ORDER
To run the Madrasah effectively, it is important that the students' Madrasa Fees are paid regularly. We prefer every parent setup a Standing Order with their bank to make the payment regularly, which saves everyone a lot of time and effort. You can also pay either by Cash or Bank Transfer. Please note that we charge for 9 months every year. The Madrasah fee structure is following:
No of children - Monthly - Yearly - Standing Order
1 Child - £20 - £180 - £15
2 Children - £30 - £270 - £22.50
3 Children - £40 - £360 - £30
4 Children - £50 - £450 - £37.50
5 Children - £60 - £540 - £45
Notice that we charge half for every child after the first one for every family. If you have more children from the same family, then you will pay £90.00 per extra child per year (£10.00 per month for 9 months).
